I am having trouble registering. What do I do?
During your registration process, do not close or leave the page. However if due to some reasons, the page doesn't respond for long, check if the payment has been deducted. If the payment is deducted, do not pay again and send us an email at email@example.com
with a screenshot of the transaction.
Alternatively, trouble might occur if you have an old item/competition in your cart. For some competitions registration process is dynamic and for some it is standard - refer to the article to understand these systems: Static and dynamic
. Hence if the cart has some old competitions in it, you can try removing these items and adding your competitions again.
Lastly, try clearing the cookies and cache for your system.
