I cant accept the invitation to a project. What should I do?

If you or your team members can't accept the project invitation, it is due to the fact that the invitation may have expired. Once your team members send out multiple invitations, only the latest one should be accepted. Because our system doesn't recognize older invitations. To refrain from this, you can alternatively add your team members by their username.

The second probable reason for not getting/accepting an invitation is because the email IDs with which you are logged into UNI and the email ID with which you are trying to accept the invitation are different. The invitation must be sent to the same ID that is used in UNI to log in, otherwise, it will not be recognized.

Note: Accept invitation with the same ID you are logging in to UNI.
