I have paid but my entry has been marked as pending. What should I do?
This usually happens when a payment gets delayed/canceled/reversed from the payment gateway (Paypal, Razorpay, Instamojo, Amex, etc.) side.
Fix: You can write to us at contact@uni.xyz with the subject: Payment Status Pending - <Competition Name>
In case your payment was:
1. Successful but you are still seeing this - Please attach the payment invoice in the email and our support manually enables your competition entry.
2. Canceled - You can let us know this happened and our support team will quickly generate a link for you to pay again for the competition.
3. Reversed - <Same as above> Our support team will generate a link again for you to pay again.
The entry will be activated within 10 minutes of the successful verification of your payment status.
